Australian pre-schools with alternative learning have enjoyed an unexpected surge in interest and enrolment after Prince George‘s first day at kindergarten.
The little prince melted hearts worldwide when he was snapped nervously entering the school gates in September – but it was his school’s Montessori Method of education which captured the attention of countless parents.
Since Prince George, four, began his schooling career at Thomas’s Battersea School in south London, an institution which favours the Montessori approach, local preschools have received an influx of interest – with some parents even registering their unborn children.
